How long is the store open?

This version of the store is open from Monday May 6 through Sunday May 12, 2019.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Every item in this store is print-to-order, so we do not ship immediately. Every two weeks we take stock of the current orders, and pass them along to the manufacturer. Expect at least three weeks between when you order and when your order is shipped.

Shipments leave our warehouse once a week. All orders will be sent with tracking numbers. If you don't receive an email within 7 days, please contact us.

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

 

Do you accept orders from outside the USA?

Yes we do! Please be advised that shipping costs are considerably higher, and unfortunately that is beyond our control. If you do end up being over-charged for shipping, any additional charge will be refunded.

 

How do you calculate shipping costs?

We ship through the United States Postal Service, and calculate shipping costs based on the weight and size of package.

International shipping estimates can be exceptionally high, so we do refund any extraneous shipping costs once your package has shipped.

 

What is your return or exchange policy?

If the item you purchased arrives broken or damaged we will replace it, just contact our store's support email.

 

What type of pin backs do you use?

Our default pin back is rubber, but we can substitute butterfly clasp, or spring-locked if you'd like. Just include that request in your order notes.

 

Can you sign an item for me?

Unfortunately no, fulfillment is handled by a different company than the artist, so signatures and personalization are not currently available.
